I'm Richard - The Norfolk Oyster Man! Oysters have been in my family for several generations and I use my cousin Ben's Brancaster Oysters for all of our events. Brancaster Oysters are a top quality Pacific Rock Oyster, farmed sustainably on the Norfolk Saltmarsh by a small family business.

I specialise in providing a mobile oyster bar service for weddings, private parties, and events, ensuring your guests enjoy our freshest oysters, straight from the oyster farm, and our finest condiments.

They were a real crowd pleaser and talking point at our wedding and I couldn’t recommend them enough, our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them!

Oysters fresh from the oyster farm

I live in Brancaster and love to explore the saltmarsh, foraging for fresh seafood and samphire. The marsh also provides the ideal environment for cultivating oysters, with it's tidal flows and natural springs. We collect the oysters directly from the oyster farm and bring them to weddings, ensuring ultimate freshness when I shuck them for the guests.

I have not tasted a better oyster in the UK. Delicious! Fresh and briney and perfect. Great shucking skills on display and fantastic presentation.
